[First Stop: R&D Team]

The R&D team consists of veterinarians, nutritionists, experts with master’s degrees in food technology as well as zoology who understand the unique dietary needs of every pet. A market research is conducted annually to understand the real needs of pet parents and our furkids, adjusting the formula, taste, and proportions to create the recipe that will satisfy. Even if it takes countless rounds of samples, we persist tirelessly to safeguard the health and happiness of our furkids, enabling them to stay in optimal condition while savoring every bite of our delicious offerings.

[Second Stop: Local Organic Farm]

The team also adheres to ingredient selection, hygiene in production, and safe shipment for the products, maintaining the quality of food for our precious pets and never compromising on ingredients. Adhering to the belief in natural health, environmental friendliness, and sustainable operations, we select fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables and eggs from the local organic farm in Taiwan, ensuring every meal, every bite for pets is the most natural and fresh.

[Third Stop: Production Plant]

In terms of production, we've obtained HACCP and ISO22000 certifications. We conduct small-scale production with the highest hygiene and safety standards, while ensuring every batch of pet food delivered to parents is the freshest, trustworthy, and safe.

We are continuously breaking through the process standards:
☑ -45°C freeze-drying technology
☑ Improved 99% palatability through fresh meat freeze-drying spray technology

[Fourth Stop: Quality Inspection Center]

❶ Before shipment, batch-by-batch self-inspection is conducted.

❷ Regular inspection of raw materials, including sensory inspection, moisture, total bacterial count, and various microorganisms (E. coli, mold, yeast, Salmonella...).

❸ Self-submission for inspection at SGS, a third-party impartial inspection agency.
